Terms of service

Draft, not in effect: this text is waiting for legal review.
The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and [company name: placeholder] for the use of Decision Cartography. If you use it for an organisation, you agree on that organisation’s behalf and confirm you’re allowed to.
The service
Decision Cartography saves decisions from your corrections to AI assistants and returns them to the assistants you connect. It is in early access: features may change, and we may limit or suspend access while we build it.
Your account
You sign in with a Google account. Keep access to it secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used it.
Your content
The decisions you save are yours. You give us permission to store, process and show them as needed to run the service, including through the processors listed in the privacy policy. You’re responsible for what you and your assistants save; don’t save anything you don’t have the right to share with us.
Teams
Decisions saved with a work account in a team belong to that team. Admins can read them, keep them after members leave, and delete them. Admins are responsible for who they invite and for how they use members’ decisions.
Acceptable use
Don’t use the service to break the law, to harm others, to get around its usage limits or security, or to access anyone else’s account or data.
Fees
[Placeholder: plans, billing and refunds.]
Ending
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken. [Placeholder: notice periods and what happens to team data when a paid plan ends.]
Disclaimers and liability
[Placeholder: warranty disclaimer and limitation of liability, after legal review.]
Governing law
[Placeholder: governing law and jurisdiction.]
Changes
We’ll post changes here and update the date at the top. [Placeholder: notice of material changes.]
